  The Gikas Apartments are located in Evia (Euboea), at Marmari at a distance of only a few metres from the beach. It is an idyllic fishing village in the south of Evia, only an hour from the port of Rafina, whose advantageous location is ideal for exploring the area of Ochis, which is on the list of the most important natural protection sites in Europe (Natura 2000).

The Gikas Apartments are open year round, and offer their guests 8 spacious studios of 27sq.m. (290sq.ft.) and two double room apartments of 45sq.m. (484sq.ft.) each.
  Studios
The spacious studios are made up of one bedroom-sitting room with one double bed and one single bed, a bathroom with shower, kitchen with all the necessities, fridge with freezer, microwave oven, and a large balcony with a view of the lush green garden or the sea.
They can accommodate 2-3 people.
  Apartments
The two room apartments consist of one bedroom with a double bed, a sitting room with two single beds, and bathroom with shower, kitchen with all the necessities, fridge with freezer, microwave oven, and a big balcony with a view of the garden or the sea.
They can accommodate 2-4 people.
All the units are on the three floors of the building, are fully equipped and also have air-conditioning, heating and satellite TV. The Gikas Apartments also offer a beautiful garden where you can have a good time with your friends or family and a fireplace for the cold winter nights.
